Le Bouquet Blanc does not accept any money from vendors for referrals. We do however acknowledge receipt of this kind gesture and may offer you a discount for future items as a thank you courtesy for the reference.

Our goal is to assist you in making your dream wedding come true, stress free & within your budget.
We will refer you to another vendor, where applicable, when we are unable to meet your needs and we are aware of a vendor who is in position to do so.

Shipping fees apply and discounts may be offered. Additional shipping fees may apply as some products must be delivered to the studio before being delivered to your home or place of business. You will be notified prior to purchasing if this is the case.
Additional fees may apply for volume orders.
Items that are offered from our suppliers in the U.S. will be identified in the product description. These items, International & U.S. orders will be the responsibility of the client to pay for any taxes or duty payable upon delivery.
Occasionally we become aware of items going on back order after you place the order, OR between the time you order them, and the time they are shipped. This can include situations where the item is not on back order when we place the order, however, once the order reaches the wholesaler all items in the warehouse are out of stock.
If any of the items in your order are on back order, we will make it our priority to advise you as soon as it is ready to be shipped & delivered.
There is no charge to cancel an order made in error when we have received notification prior to processing of your order. We do not process your order if we cannot meet your time lines; therefore it is essential to be notified of your event date at the time of the order, allowing us to access our ability to deliver your order in time for your event by the shipping method chosen.
Invitations and Personalized Items
Invitation orders cannot be cancelled once deposit has been issued and order has been sent for proof.
Personalized items cannot be cancelled once they have been assigned to the printer.
Invitation orders and personalized items are final. If there is a mistake made and the error is caused by Le Bouquet Blanc or the printer the item will be corrected.
If the order has been sent for proof and the client is not satisfied with their chosen outcome, they can choose another model with equal or higher value or make corrections to the document they have requested. There will be no other financial compensation and 50% of the order will be non refundable.
We suggest you double check spelling and capitalization of the personalization at the time of ordering, as if the error was made at the time of ordering and was printed per the order, there is additional costs to reprint and reship.
All sales are final! whether regular price items, close out items- merchandise close out by vendor, inventory clearance and discontinued items.
Our Return Policy
Please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order for damages or shortages, and if you wish to exchange your order or if you are not satisfied with your order, to allow us the opportunity to correct the situation. Restocking fees may apply if you are not satisfied with your order.
Unless noted above, once a deposit is made or once a contract is signed, All sales are final! deposits will not be reimbursed since we are reserving the date or the item you have purchased from us.
Unclaimed and refused shipments
Unclaimed shipments that are returned to Le Bouquet Blanc will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, the cost of shipping will be forfeited, the customer will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus the restocking fee or reshipping at cost of shipping plus the restocking fee. Unclaimed packages that are returned due to Le Bouquet Blanc error will be reshipped free of charge. Refused packages that are returned to Le Bouquet Blanc will be assessed a 50% restocking fee, shipping will be forfeited, and the item will be removed from the order. The customer will be contacted by email only.
Payment agreement terms & conditions
All sales are final, including discontinued and clearance items, invitations, customs orders
and personalized items. Items that may have been damaged in shipment to you, will be replaced.
